I want you to feel empowered to make your own informed decisions for yourself and baby. Through emotional support and education I will help you every step of the way.
Birth Doula
Available to be at your side for your home or hospital birth in Sierra Vista, Arizona and surrounding area
Scheduled prenatal meetings
Unlimited access to me via phone, text, or video call upon hiring me through 8 weeks postpartum
Birth education which includes education about what to expect during your prenatal appointments with your provider, stages of physiological birth, birth intervention education, newborn intervention education
Birth planning
Postpartum planning
Basics of pregnancy and postpartum nutrition
Basic breastfeeding questions answered and if needed referral to lactation consultant
Postpartum checkins

Virtual Doula
Monthly service that includes:
2 scheduled one-on-one calls per month up to 120 minutes each
Unlimited texts with me to answer any questions you have

Nutritional Therapy - Postpartum
Nutritional Therapy is more than just focusing on eating right- it is a foundational based way to unlock your body’s natural potential by helping you heal, restore energy, and feel like you again. Through personalized guidance and creating an individualized plan, we will deep dive into how your food and lifestyle affects your energy, mood, digestion, stress and more.
